5. USCIS Data
Case status information is obtained from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) public API. We only access case information for receipt numbers that you explicitly provide. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USCIS or the U.S. government.
6. Push Notifications
If you grant notification permissions, we will send push notifications when a tracked case status changes. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual cases at any time. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, please contact us at the email below.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
